1. Sing an English song Hi,hello,how are you?
2. Use RAP to remember the new words about family people.
3. Use a picture of Labi Xiaoxin’s family to practice the key conversations for Ss’ application.
Teaching steps:
1.Sing an English song: Hi, hello, how are you?
2.Lead in and presentation.
通过一段关于Robin一家的成员的视频来让学生认识各个家庭成员的单词,生动而有趣地教学单词,让学生乐于说,读这些生词。(用This/That is…;These/Those are…来介绍Robin的家庭成员,同时进行语音教学,如father/ɑ:/,mother / /,brother/ /,parent/ /.
3.Books open. Activity 1a.Match the words with the people in the picture and check students’ answers.
4.Use Rap to sing the new words about family people, do clapping hands game at the same time the lyrics of it are:father,mother,parents;grandfathe
r,grandmother,grandparents;brother, sister,go,go,go!
After three minutes, ask students to show it to class, and use “very very good,oh oh super”to praise the students who does well.(来激发学生更高的热情。)
5.Books open. Activity 1b.listen to the conversation and check the answers.
6.Pair work . take turns to talk about Dave’s family.(This/That is …,These/Those are…)again
Conclusion phase
7.Use a picture of Labixiaoxin.
First: Let student A act Labixiaoxin, Student B act Yintaoxiaowanzi,(戴头饰来进行表演)。Then A asks. B answers. At last, A introduces his family to class. (综合训练学生的表达能力,巩固所学知识。)
8.Continue singing the song Hi,hello,how are you?来复习刚才所学的知识。
9. Homework.
Bring a family photo, and write down a student’s family people.
